42 Klicks Chiropractic: Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to 42 Klicks. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes to your scheduled appointment time.

We have a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

• We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to be kept on file to secure your next appointment.

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

• If an appointment made within the 24-hour period needs to be cancelled, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby patients of any availability, as well as keeping our 42 Klicks schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 42 Klicks’s policies are presented and provided with the best intentions in order to provide the best service for our established and future patients. CONFIRMATION

As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance – we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We will email you to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.
